1. Acceptance

By posting an ad or using AdDrop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who Can Post

You must be at least 18 years old. By posting, you confirm you have the legal right to sell or offer what is described. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

3. Prohibited Content

Strictly prohibited — removed immediately without notice:

• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Counterfeit goods or IP violations
• Stolen property
• Pyramid schemes, MLM recruitment, Ponzi schemes
• Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent listings
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Spam or duplicate listings
• Live animals (unless a licensed breeder in your jurisdiction)

4. Ad Rules

• Each ad must describe a single item, service, or opportunity
• Price must be accurate — bait-and-switch pricing is prohibited
• Photos must be of the actual item, not stock images
• Ads expire after 30 days. You may repost for free.
• You may bump your ad every 48 hours to move it to the top
• Contact information must be real and reachable

5. Our Rights

We reserve the right to remove any ad at any time, for any reason, without notice. Repeated violations may result in IP-level blocks. We do not owe you advance warning before removing content that violates these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

AdDrop is a venue, not a party to any transaction. We do not verify listing accuracy, poster identity, or item condition. All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly. We are not responsible for any loss, fraud, or dispute arising from a transaction made through our platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated date.
